Sunday’s game will be interesting with the MLB debut of right-handed pitcher Scott Carroll as he was called up from Triple-A Charlotte today.

Carroll is 3-1 this season in Triple-A with the Knights, having an ERA of 1.57 in four starts. In those 23 innings pitched, Carroll has 13 strikeouts, allowing four earned runs on 18 hits and nine walks.

In his last Tripla-A start on April 19, he suffered his first loss, going seven innings, allowing six runs (four earned) on six hits and four walks.

He’ll oppose former AL Cy Young award winner, David Price (LHP). Price is 3-1 on
the year with a 4.04 ERA.

The game will be aired on CSN in Chicago and Sun Sports in Tampa Bay. It can be viewed out of market on MLB.TV. On the radio, it can be heard on WSCR 670 in Chicago. It can also be listened to on MLB Audio.

Game time is scheduled for 2:10 p.m. ET (1:10 CT).
