The Chicago White Sox have a much needed off day on Thursday as they prepare for a three-game series against the Cleveland Indians this weekend, starting Friday at Progressive Field.

The White Sox need this off day as they’ve lost their last two games, both to the Detroit Tigers, finishing the first month of the 2014 season at 14-15 overall, three games behind the AL Central leading Tigers.

With this first month complete … what do you think of your White Sox?

I’m impressed with how well they played at times, but on the other hand, this ball club did let a few games get away from them that should have been wins.

I’m still not completely confident in the pitching, whether it be the starting rotation or the bullpen, but the hitting has been the best it has been in a long time.

We’ll take a better look at the first month if the season later today.

Favorite moment in April?

As we begin this second month of the season tomorrow, what was your favorite moment of the first month of the regular season?

Mine was the walk-off grand slam by Jose Abreu … that one swing made watching this team exciting again.

Let us know what your favorite moment from the first month of the season was.
