The Chicago White Sox are going to try to snap their three-game losing streak as they are set to face the Oakland Athletics in the second of their three-game series on the West Coast.

The game is scheduled to start at 9:05 CT as it will air on CSN Chicago and on the radio on WSCR 670.

This Tuesday matchup will place the White Sox against a pitcher with an ERA under 2.00 in Oakland’s Drew Pomeranz (2-1, 1.45 ERA), as the Oakland A’s go for their 25th win of the season.

Pomeranz has only faced Connor Gillaspie of the players who are on the White Sox roster, not allowing a hit.

The White Sox are sending 29-year-old rookie Scott Carroll to the hill, as he’s never faced any of the Oakland batters in his career.
