The final day of the final vote campaign to get Chicago White Sox starter Chris Sale onto the AL All-Star roster, but we are also coming off a evening where the “bad” White Sox bullpen showed up, proving yet again this team is in major need of a closer.

The bullpen cost Sale yet another win, as he left the game with a runner on third after 7.2 innings with a 4-0 lead. The bullpen couldn’t keep the lead and the White Sox eventually lost 5-4.

Until the White Sox decide to find an actual closer these type of games will continue to happen for the remainder of the season.

Now all we can do is get Sale into the All-Star game with today being the final day of the AL Final Vote campaign. So remember … #TargetSale on Twitter and vote for Sale by clicking here.
