On the 40th anniversary of his famed first bout with Joe Frazier, Muhammad Ali paid the White Sox a visit Tuesday morning.
Ali’s foundation, Athletes For Hope, encourages professional athletes to pursue any philanthropic opportunities they might be interested it. The aim is to help the athletes find causes they care about and to get them on the fast track to contributing in whatever way they deem fit.
The workshop lasted about 45 minutes and about 100 people crammed into the Sox’s clubhouse to get in on the action.
