Friday, April 4 the Chicago White Sox take on the Kansas City Royals in the series opener at Kauffman Stadium for their first road game of the season.

Chicago enters the series in Kansas City with a 2-1 record, while the Royals are 0-2 overall as their game at the Detroit Tigers on Thursday was postponed.

The game, scheduled for a 4:10 p.m. ET (3:10 p.m. CT) start will have Erik Johnson on the mound for the White Sox and Jeremy Guthrie set to start at pitcher for the Royals.

The game will be aired on CSN and FSKC or on MLB.TV. On the radio the game will be aired on WSCR 670 in Chicago and KCSP 610 in Kansas City.
