Mother’s Day Lineups – Royals @ Sox

Alexei Ramirez and Alejandro De Aza will take the day off while Philip Humber tries to have his first successful outing since that time, ages ago, when he had the most successful outing possible. The off-days are likely partially just because a fella should have a day to sit back a little bit every now and then, and also just a pure shuffle up after last night’s anemic effort.
Today’s Lineup:

4.Paulie – 1B
5.Rios – RF
6.Viciedo – LF
7.Flowers – C
8.Morel – 3B
9.Escobar – SS
Danny Duffy is on the mound for the Royals. Duffy has been pretty much the definition of back-end rotation “serviceable” so far this season. Happy Mother’s Day to all appropriate recipients, let’s hope the pink bats have a little magic in them for the White Sox.
