Jordan Danks is on the Way

Keep calm, kiddos. A 2 game skid is just that, a 2 game skid. No better way to stop the bleeding than by sending Jake Peavy to the mound. Also, Jordan Danks.

Oh, yes. The Sox have called Jordan Danks up to the big squad, taking the roster spot of Kosuke Fukudome who is dealing with a ribcage injury. Danks will also be freed up to get more playing time while Paul Konerko continues to miss games following his “wrist procedure”. Konerko needed to get a bone chip out of the joint in his left wrist, something he’s had done before; he missed a brief period in June of last year for the same operation.
