The Chicago White Sox are hosting the Cincinnati Reds this weekend in Chicago  at U.S. Cellular Field for a three-game series.  This will be the Sox first Interleague series and will also mark the starting debut of last years third overall pick, Carlos Rodon, as he will make his career start on Saturday.

The Reds come in with a record of 14-14 and are in third place in the NL Central seven games behind the St. Louis Cardinals. The Reds are 6-4 in their last 10 games.

The White Sox enter the series at 10-15 and in fourth place in the AL Central. They are coming off taking two-of-three games from the Detroit Tigers and are 4-6 in their last 10 games.

Probable Starters

Jason Marquis(3-1) vs. Hector Noesi(0-3)

Marquis has been a pleasant surprise for the Reds and Noesi is fighting for his spot in the rotation every time he goes out and takes the mound.

Saturday May 9th @ 7:10 EST

Johnny Cueto(2-3) vs. Carlos Rodon(0-0)

What a way to start your career as a starter facing arguably one of the best pitchers in the game in Cueto.

Sunday May 10th @ 2:10 EST

Michael Lorenzen(1-1) vs. John Danks(1-3)

Lorenzen is a rookie who will be making his third career start. Danks like Noesi is also battling for a rotation spot and could be the odd man out depending on how the weekend goes.
