The St. Louis Cardinals have dominated the competition all season. That trend was no different last week.

The Cardinals went a perfect 6-0 behind sweeps of the Miami Marlins and Chicago Cubs.

In fact, the only series this team has lost in the entire month was two of three on the road against the Colorado Rockies in the second week of June.

There is not one player who manager Mike Matheny puts in the lineup that doesn’t contribute. Even without Adam Wainwright, the pitching is the best in baseball.

Aside from a hack scandal that the FBI is still investigating, it has been a flawless season for St. Louis.

Other team’s coming into today with strong performances from this past week include the Kansas City Royals, Baltimore Orioles and Washington Nationals.

Among the teams experienced some struggles, the Cubs, Texas Rangers and Atlanta Braves standout the most.

Here’s the power rankings for the week.
