The Chicago White Sox should consider a few Cincinnati Reds free agents this winter.

The Chicago White Sox are a great team looking to become the best team. That is a little bit away but every offseason is going to be about surrounding their new young core with great players. Free agency doesn’t always work but it doesn’t hurt to try at certain points. They have been pretty active for a few years now and this offseason has been no different. If they wanted to make a big splash or maybe even a little splash, the Cincinnati Reds might be the team to look at.

The Reds, like the White Sox, were the hot team to have in the playoffs heading into the 2020 season. They had wildly different seasons, however, as they started off very poor and had to climb their way back into it. Now, the Reds still have a very good team but they need to keep building. They had a fantastic offseason last year but this one might make them take a slight step back. They could, however, figure something out and still be a very good team in 2021. They have awesome pitching and play in a division that could end up being pretty mediocre.

The White Sox are looking to win a division and make a run at the World Series so they are all in on making their team better. If they look to the Reds, there are some good players to think about. These are the top three Reds free agents to consider for Rick Hahn and his team:
