The Chicago White Sox are putting together a really nice bullpen. They have studs like Aaron Bummer, Evan Marshall, Matt Foster, Jace Fry, and Codi Heuer ready to go and could use another arm or two. Archie Bradley would be a great addition for them as they try to set a World Series level bullpen. Bradley is a fantastic arm that any team that is going for a World Series title should want to add when he is available.

Bradley played for the Arizona Diamondbacks from 2015 to halfway through 2020  before he was traded to the Reds. It was a sweet addition for the Reds but they weren’t able to make it out of the first round with him. Now he is a free agent that is free to go wherever he likes for the first time in his career. The White Sox should absolutely consider him because he is so good.

In 2020, he made 16 appearances and had an ERA of 2.95 ERA to go with a WHIP of 1.091. It was a great year for him split between the Diamondbacks and Reds. He has had a great MLB career to this point but now he has to want to be on a consistent playoff team. If he wanted to make his way over to the American League, the White Sox would be a great spot for him.

We don’t know for sure if the White Sox will keep making additions but they probably should make one or two more. Their starting lineup is probably already set but you never know. They could use more arms in the bullpen and some more depth so maybe looking to the Reds isn’t such a bad idea.
