The Chicago White Sox could go for more bullpen help from the Chicago Cubs.
The Chicago White Sox, as mentioned before, could use some extra bullpen help. The top of the group is awesome with guys like Liam Hendriks, Kendall Graveman, and Joe Kelly amongst a few others. Then there are some shaky pitchers like Tanner Banks, Bennett Sousa, and Jose Ruiz.
Joe Kelly is going to be out for about a month so the White Sox could use some extra help. Even though the bullpen is good, losing Michael Kopech to the rotation and Garrett Crochet to season-ending Tommy John surgery has forced them to take a hit.
Scott Effross is someone to consider for the White Sox right now. He has been magnificent for the Cubs in the early going this season on a team that has been straight-up brutal all year long. If the White Sox could pry him away, they should strongly consider it.
Sean Burke is someone that has been a good prospect and is currently in AA ball. He is currently ranked as the White Sox’s number 12 prospect so his future is largely dependent on his development.
