3. Hanser Alberto

It is time for the White Sox to realize that Hanser Alberto isn't the guy.

Hanser Albert making the team out of camp was a really nice story. He was outstanding for the Chicago White Sox at spring training. However, his career statistics in a large sample size suggest that he isn't suited to be on a roster trying to compete.

The White Sox don't even use him very often which is a reason to move on and get someone in there that is going to actually find ways to help. Having Jake Burger on the roster would make a lot more sense than having someone like Alberto.

Leury Garcia was let go because he wasn't good enough to be on the team. However, you can't make a move like that and then have Alberto on the roster. Throughout their careers, they have pretty much been the same player. At that point, they might as well have kept Garcia.

Now, it is highly unlikely that any of these guys are going to actually be let go by Easter but they should be. This team has what it takes to win a division title and good decisions have to be made. If they don't prove that they are turning it around soon, they should be gone.
